Itineraries
Day 1: Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu
On this day, you'll reach the Tribhuvan International Airport. We'll send one of our staff to pick you up. At the hotel, you can rest and prepare for the next day.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m)
Flight Duration- 30 Minutes
In the morning, we'll take a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Upon reaching Pokhara, you can roam around and have the rest of the evening for yourself.
Day 3: Pokhara to Tikhe Dhunga (1495m)
In the morning, after savoring the delicious meals, we'll take a drive to Tikhe Dhunga. On this day, we shall rest and enjoy the evening meals.
Day 4: Tikhe Dhunga to Ghorepani (2850m)
Day four is the day we begin our hike. After breakfast, we'll head toward Ghorepani, passing several small villages and rhododendron forests.
It will take upto 6-7 hours to reach Ghorepani, a small village of the Gurungs.
Day 5: Hike to Poonhill, then trek to Tadapani (2500m)
In the morning, we shall hike upto the famous viewpoint, Poon Hill. The viewpoint offers fantastic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges, which are breathtaking. You can spend some time there, and after a while, we head back to Ghorepani.
After breakfast, we'll trek to Tadapani, traversing the rocky path. It will take upto 6-7 hours to reach the village.
Upon reaching Tadapani, you can rest and call it a night.
Day 6: Tadapani to Chhomrong village (2020m)
After resting in Tadapani, we'll now head to Chhomrong Village. Crossing the Chhomrong River, we reach the village of the Gurungs.
From the village, you can enjoy the views of the mountains like Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and also Fishtail.
In about 4-5 hours, you'll reach Chhomrong Village, where you can rest and spend the evening.
Day 7: Chhomrong to Dovan (2600m)
Today we have a steep uphill that needs to be conquered. From the village of Chhomrong, we will continue the trek by following a rocky route. It will lead to Sinuwa Village and then to Kuladahar. After a few breaks in between, we make an ascend to Dovan, where we'll halt for the night. In total, that day, we will hike for 5 hours.
Day 8 Dovan to Deurali (3200m)
As we move closer to the base camp, now on this, we shall begin the hike from Dovan. After 4 hours, we’ll reach Deurali and take a rest there.
Day 9: Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (4230 M)
On this day, you will hike from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp. The trail takes you through lush forests and offers breathtaking views of the Annapurna range. As you reach Annapurna Base Camp, be prepared to be mesmerized by the towering peaks and the serene alpine meadow. In total, the hike will be of 5-6 hours today.
Day 10: Return from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo (2310M)
Today, you will make your way back from Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo. Descending through the beautiful forests, you'll have the opportunity to spot wildlife and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. After 7 hours, you’ll reach Bamboo, take a moment to relax and relish the peaceful ambiance of this charming mountain village.
Day 11: Return from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda Hot Spring (1780M)
Day 11 is an interesting day. In the morning, we'll start the hike from Bamboo and descend towards Jhinu Danda.
We'll cross rhododendron forests, pass by Chhomrong and Khuldighar, and then finally reach Jhinu Danda. It is a small village with a few guesthouses. Later, we'll change into our swimsuits to take a dip into the hot spring located down below the village.
Day 12: Return from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara
Today is the last day of hiking. On this day, we'll descend down, crossing a bridge, and then take a 2-hours from Jhinu Danda to Pokhara.
Day 13: Return back from Pokhara to Kathmandu
On this day, we shall take a flight back from Pokhara to Kathmandu.
Upon reaching Kathmandu, you can spend your last evening in the valley.
Day 14: Farewell/Tour Ends
On this day, you'll be heading back to your home. We'll drop you to the airport and bid you farewell.
- Airport pickup and drop-off using a private vehicle.
- Two nights' accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu, such as Woodapple Hotel and Spa or a similar establishment.
- Two nights' accommodation with breakfast at a 3-star hotel in Pokhara.
- Surface transfers to and from Pokhara via a tourist bus, followed by a private car transfer to and from Nayapul.
- Full board meals throughout the trek, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with tea/coffee.
- Accommodation in the best available twin-sharing lodges during the trek.
- An experienced English-speaking trekking guide and a porter to carry luggage. The porter ratio is 1 porter for every 2 trekkers. The guide and porter's salaries, insurance, equipment, and meals are all included.
- Provision of a down jacket, four-season sleeping bags, a duffel bag, a t-shirt, and a trekking map. The down jacket and sleeping bag are to be returned after the completion of the trip.
- A comprehensive medical kit for any necessary medical assistance during the trek.
- Handling of all necessary paperwork and permits, including the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS). Please bring three passport-sized photographs.

- Nepal entry visa fees: You can easily obtain a visa upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. A multiple-entry tourist visa valid for 30 days can be obtained by paying US$50 or the equivalent in foreign currency. Please ensure that you bring 2 copies of passport-size photos.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek is a demanding trek, and the weather conditions during the trek also play a huge part in the trek.
The best month for the Annapurna Base Camp Trek is March-May( Spring) and September- November( Autumn). We have suggested these following months because the weather conditions are very favorable during this time.
Winter and monsoons should be avoided as much as possible. But, if you still want to trek in these seasons, we encourage you to book dates in these seasons too.
Yes, beginners can hike to Annapurna Base Camp. With proper preparation, you can definitely conquer the heights.
The routes leading to the base camp are a beautiful blend of uphill and downhill terrains. Although it is strenuous, with a slow pace, you can absolutely reach the top.
Next, we can also look at the altitude of the trek. The highest altitude that you'll reach is 4130m at Annapurna Base Camp. As daunting as the number looks, it is not that tough. There is very little chance of acquiring acute mountain sickness.
Even if you do fall sick in the upper regions, we have trained, professional guides who'll help you get down and recover.
To avoid AMS, we have prepared our itinerary with enough acclimatization days. Hence, you can complete the trek without any worry.
